Sucks, because in this D Diary, they finnaly state the biggest question of them all:

OH! You are so ever correct.....
which leades me to this final statement about summoning:
Why make a new Runescape Skill for members when they have 50! (sarcasticcaly) Free players should get the right to have a new skill..especially one that has had so much introducing and advertising....it just doesent seem fair....
Jagex will bever make a good update for free to play. I hate it too. They think that a few extra bank spaces is enough to keep us satisfied for the next 5 years.
